Andrea has represented clients in a large number of offensive and defensive oppositions and appeals before the EPO in a range of technical fields including medical devices and aerospace technology. She also regularly advises on validity and infringement of patents, trade marks and designs.

Andrea has also advised and represented small enterprises and individuals in contentious matters relating to patents and trade marks, including on a pro bono basis through the CIPA pro bono scheme.
