Cameron joined Dehns in September 2022 following his graduation from the University of Warwick where he received a First Class Integrated Master’s Degree in Physics. His studies exposed him to a variety of topics including electronics, quantum mechanics, materials science, and statistical physics. In his final year he researched exocomets in the far-UV, collaborating with experts in the field to devise automated methods for characterising their properties.
Cameron works with a diverse set of clients, from solo inventors to start-ups and small/medium-sized enterprises, all the way to large multinationals.
Cameron regularly handles the prosecution of patent applications in the UK, Europe, and the US. He also has experience prosecuting patent applications in other jurisdictions such as China, Japan and South Korea.
In addition to prosecuting patent applications to grant, Cameron works with the partners and associates of the firm to draft patent applications in a variety of subject areas.
Cameron has experience relating to a wide variety of technologies, but has most experience handling software and electronics inventions. In addition to his regular work on software inventions, Cameron works with mechanical inventions, especially those relating to medical devices and the aerospace sector.
