The team conducts meticulous analyses of issues, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of work, and maintain seamless and uninterrupted communication with clients, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient process. Head of the trademark group Elaine Deyes is “a very responsive, capable and pragmatic adviser who has a superior knowledge of both UK and EU trademark practice, which she uses to devise new and innovative trademark strategies”. Rounding out the trademark group are  Joseph Letang and Clare Mann. Letang is committed to nurturing long-lasting client relationships, and draws on his in-depth knowledge of the companies he works with to deftly manage trademark portfolios and secure wins in contentious proceedings. He recently achieved a positive result when advising and defending the nutrition company Palatine Hill in opposition proceedings, enabling the company to then successfully register their mark.
