A small UK-based start-up focussed on providing cloud-based analytics services contacted the Dehns Consulting team regarding an idea that they had been working on in relation to a software product that used AI algorithms to improve their customer’s sales and marketing processes.
After many years of working with Dehns, a medium-sized Norwegian technology company requested a valuation of the entire IP portfolio to present to shareholders and to help inform decisions being made by the board.
EQT required Dehns to carry out due diligence on AutoStore’s portfolio and address any issues surrounding the strength of the IP portfolio and Freedom to Operate over third party IP rights, as well as advising on a dispute involving UK online grocery retailer, Ocado.
Isansys Lifecare Ltd is an Oxfordshire-based company which provides wireless patient monitoring services and systems for digital health.
