Trainee Patent Attorney

Background

Flora joined the Dehns Munich office as a Trainee Patent Attorney in November 2025 after completing her dissertation at the Technical University of Munich. During her studies, Flora focused on areas such as surface science, gas phase studies and analytical chemistry. Her dissertation concerned “Gas Phase Studies of the Reactivity of Small Molecules on Tantalum(-Oxide) and Platinum(-Oxide) Clusters”.

 

Type of clients and client work

Flora handles patent and trade mark work before the EPO, the EUIPO and the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), in English and German language. She works with clients of all sizes.

 

Expertise

Flora’s expertise covers chemical and physical fields. In particular, she has knowledge in the areas of high and ultra-high vacuum systems, laser systems, surface science approaches, analytical tools and industrial chemical conversions.
