Benoit joined Dehns in 2026 as Head of IP Consulting to lead the growth of the firm’s consulting offering, ensuring clients benefit from commercial, technical and legal insight under one roof.

Benoit has extensive experience in non-legal IP advisory services, leading IP consulting projects for SMEs, corporates, advisors, investors and lenders. He works with clients to identify, protect, manage and communicate the value of IP assets.

Benoit has expertise in IP strategy and IP transaction advisory where he combines his business qualification and IP experience. He has also conducted numerous IP valuation for lenders, investors and in restructuring scenarios. He has a strong track record in non-legal buy-side IP due diligence and sell-side IP value articulation.
