Adam is a UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney.
Adam joined the firm in 2015, after graduating from University College London (UCL) with a BA(Hons) degree in English Literature and completing a law conversion. Before joining Dehns, Adam gained experience with solicitor firms and in-house legal departments, and developed an enduring interest in intellectual property law. Adam became an Associate of the firm in 2021, and a Senior Associate in 2026.
In 2026 Adam was named the “UK Rising Star of the Year” at the Managing IP Awards, in a category which included trade mark attorneys, patent attorneys and IP solicitors.
Adam has also been recognised as a “Rising Star” in the 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 editions of Managing Intellectual Property’s IP Stars publication. In the 2026 edition of the World Trademark Review (WTR) 1000, Adam was highlighted as a “Recommended Individual” in the Next Generation category.
During his qualification, Adam was awarded the Director’s Prize for achieving the best mark in the infringement/disputes examination for the Postgraduate Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice

Adam works with a variety of clients, from start-ups to multinational corporations, in a broad range of industries, including food and drink, software, technology, media/entertainment, electronics, energy, construction, finance, accounting, insurance, healthcare and leisure.
Adam has particular expertise in online brand protection and enforcement, and handling complex interconnected opposition/cancellation proceedings.
