We are delighted that Amelia Rogers, Associate in the Technology, Software and Engineering Group, will be taking part as an advocate in the CIPA UPC Mock Trial on 4 November 2026.

Organised by the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA), the live mock trial will offer attendees practical insight into proceedings before the Unified Patent Court (UPC), with advocates presenting their arguments before a distinguished panel of two UPC judges and one KC.

The event, hosted in London, will bring together members of the IP profession to experience UPC proceedings in action and hear from legal professionals with extensive experience of patent litigation.

We’re proud to see Amelia Rogers taking an active role in an event that helps share knowledge and practical experience of the UPC across the IP community.
