Sophie joined the firm in 2026 as a Trainee Trade Mark Attorney after graduating from the University of Oxford with a degree in Law.
During her final year she completed an optional module on Copyright & Trade Marks, attaining a First in the subject and taking a particular interest in the impact of artificial intelligence on intellectual property law.
Type of clients and client work
Sophie assists a broad range of clients on UK, EU, and international trade mark matters. She works with clients operating in a number of different industries including financial services, medical technology, scientific research, entertainment and hospitality.
Expertise
Sophie supports partners and associates on a wide range of trade mark matters. She particularly enjoys handling international matters such as registrations of national trade marks in overseas territories.
