Kerry Tomlinson is a former Managing Partner and is now a Consultant to the Firm. He joined the firm in 1972, after graduating from the University of Cambridge where he studied Natural Sciences, specialising in electronics and advanced physics.
Before attending university Kerry worked in computer programming with the Space Department of the Royal Aircraft Establishment.
Kerry previously handled patent work mainly in the field of electronics, computing and control, and was also concerned with the protection of computer programs and related matters. He has considerable experience of European Oppositions and Appeals. He is a member of AIPPI.
