Catherine Jewell graduated from the University of Oxford in 1999 with a Masters Degree in Chemistry, having been awarded the University Turbutt Prize for practical organic chemistry.  Catherine obtained a Ph.D. at the University of London for research in the field of solid-state chemistry, and subsequently researched Hydrogen Storage Materials as part of the UK Sustainable Hydrogen Energy Consortium. Catherine joined the firm in 2006 and has the Certificate in IP Law from Queen Mary College, London (2007).
