Sara de Bresser graduated from the University of Strathclyde in 1998 with an Honours Degree in Forensic and Analytical Chemistry. As part of her course she spent twelve months in the Netherlands working in the research laboratories of Philips and Utrecht University. Since then she has obtained a PhD from the University of Cambridge for her research in the field of main-group organometallic chemistry. She has the Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary College, University of London.
Sara joined the firm in 2001.
