Trainee Patent Attorney - Chemistry - Oxford office
We are currently looking to recruit a Chemistry graduate to train as a patent attorney in our Oxford office. Candidates will either be new to the profession: e.g. a recent graduate or graduating in summer 2012; or have already gained some experience of working in the profession.
All candidates must have a strong academic track record, with at least a first or upper second class degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry. Part-qualified or experienced candidates will already possess the Post Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law.
Full training and support, at the appropriate level of experience, will be provided to the successful candidate. Excellent career prospects await the successful candidate as you progress to qualifying as a UK and European Patent Attorney.
Trainee or part-qualified Trade Mark Attorney - Brighton office
We are currently recruiting a trainee or part-qualified Trade Mark Attorney to work in our Brighton office. The position is suitable for someone part-qualified in the profession or approaching that stage, although we will also consider candidates who have recently completed, or are about to complete, a degree or postgraduate course. We would expect the successful candidate to take up employment as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong academic track record, and will have gained at least a first or upper second class honours degree (or equivalent) in any academic discipline. However, candidates who have qualified in the fields of law, humanities, foreign languages and science may be particularly suited to this profession.
Trainee Patent Attorney - Engineering / Physics - Brighton office
We are currently looking to recruit a trainee or part-qualified patent attorney to work in our Brighton office. Candidates will either be new to the profession (e.g. a recent graduate or graduating in summer 2012) or have already gained some experience of working in the profession.
All candidates must have a strong academic track record, with at least a first or upper second class degree (or equivalent) in Physics or Engineering. Part-qualified candidates will already possess the Post Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law or have passed the JEB foundation papers.
This role will provide a varied and interesting caseload working primarily with direct clients and affording opportunities to develop your drafting and prosecution skills. Full training will be given appropriate to the level of experience. Excellent career prospects await the successful candidate as you progress to qualifying as a Patent Attorney.
