Help Desk Engineer
We have a vacancy for an experienced Help Desk Engineer with previous 1st and 2nd line support experience. Required: strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems with an emphasis on troubleshooting. Also essential is advanced experience of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Key responsibilities include responding to 1st and 2nd line technical support queries by gathering customer information in order to analyse symptoms and determine underlying problems. This role requires working in conjunction with 3rd line support engineers to resolve issues, ensuring users have regular and clear communication and that they are supported in the use of computer equipment and software.
